Our lamb is amazingly tender and mild.
Available by the whole or half for $7/lb hanging weight, plus an $85 butchering and vacuum packaging fee.. Whole, fresh carcasses are available for restaurants, abattoirs, and special events. Please email us for availability and special requests.
Lamb is available by the cut in the freezer at Sugar House Creamery in Upper Jay or by appointment on the farm in Jay.
We are certified by Animal Welfare Approved and practice intensive rotational grazing on our native pastures with a small supplement of certified organic grain and a certified organic mineral mix.
This is meat from sheep over 18 months old. It is a bit more flavorful than our ultra-mild lamb. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
We typically have ground mutton, chorizo links, chops, and shanks available in the freezer at Sugar House Creamery in Upper Jay and seasonally at farmer’s markets.

Our hogs are heritage-breed and entirely pasture-based. They live in huge paddocks in the forest at the top of our pasture enjoying lots of cool shade and plenty of space to root around. We move them regularly through the forest so they always have fresh ground to explore.

In addition to abundant, native grasses, we feed certified organic small grains and whey from Sugar House Creamery, along with the occasional sheep milk treat!
Our hens are rotated through our pastures, where they forage for insects and clover while fertilizing the soil. They are also fed certified organic grain from farms within New York State.
