  • SHEEP'S MILK YOGURT

We make small batches of plain and maple yogurt from June through October. Find it at local retailers and at the Saranac Lake and Keene Valley Farmer's Markets.  The yogurt is so thick and smooth - the silkiest yogurt you've ever had.  Its pretty much our favorite thing in the world to eat!​ It comes in reusable 15 ounce and 4.4 ounce glass jars.

  • LAMB

Available by the whole or half for $5/lb HWT plus $110 for butchering and vacuum packaging. Whole, fresh carcasses available for restaurants, abattoirs, and special events. Please email us for availability and special requests. Lamb available by the cut in the freezer at Sugar House Creamery in Upper Jay.  Certified by Animal Welfare Approved! We practice intensive rotational grazing on our native pastures with a small supplement of certified organic grain and a certified organic mineral mix. Our lamb is amazingly tender and mild.

  • SHEEPSKINS

Our sheepskins are salted and dried right here on the farm and then dropped off at Vermont Natural Sheepskins for tanning.  The sheepskins are so soft and fluffy and free of chemical odors.  These make an unforgettable baby shower or wedding gift!  Certified by Animal Welfare Approved.   • YARN

Our shearer comes in late winter and we skirt our fleeces here on the farm before dropping them off at the Battenkill Fiber Mill where they clean, card, and spin our fleece into soft and squishy yarns.  We mix in 20% alpaca to achieve extra softness and a range of beautiful natural colors - whites, grays, and browns. Again, our yarn is certified by Animal Welfare Approved.  This is one way we "use all the parts."

  • PORK

Available by the whole or half for $4.50/lb HWT plus butchering fee. Whole fresh carcasses available for restaurants, abattoirs, and special events. Please email us for availability and special requests. Pork available by the cut in the freezer at Sugar House Creamery in Upper Jay. We raise purebred Large Black heritage breed hogs.  They live in huge paddocks in the forest at the top of our pasture enjoying lots of cool shade and plenty of space to root and "express their pig-ness" as Joel Salatin would say.  We move them regularly through the forest so they always have fresh ground to explore.  They're fed certified organic small grains and whey from Sugar House Creamery.

  • EGGS

Available year-round at Sugar House Creamery Farm Store for $6/dozen.  Our hens are rotated through our pastures where they forage for insects and clover.  They are also fed a certified organic grain from NYS.​
